FAQ

1.   Do you supply the alcohol and ice? No, we do not have our alcohol license so CLIENT MUST PURCHASE ALCHOL BOTTLES! Also, we do not supply ice in our bar packages.

2.  Can we pay you to purchase our ice since we are just way too busy? Yes, we can purchase and supply your ice for an additional cost of $50. We will provide receipts to client for reimbursement.

3.   Can we pay you to purchase the alcohol bottles if we are just way too busy? Yes, we can purchase the alcohol bottles for you for an additional cost of $40 and full balance must be paid in advance before we shop for your alcohol supply list. We will provide receipts to client for reimbursement.

4.  What do you supply? We supply all cups, straws, napkins, small bar décor to match your theme of your party or event, bar set up if needed, basic garnishes, non-alcoholic mixers, wristbands for parties of 50+ and shopping alcohol list with the stores and lowest prices to purchase at.

5.   Venue or event location has no bar set up. Do you provide a set up? Yes! We provide a beautiful bar set up for $50. If your venue or location has a bar set up, let us no so we do not charge you for the bar set up fee.

6.   What time do you come to set up? 1-2 hours prior to start time of event. Depends on if we set up a bar table, we will come 2 hours prior. If no bar set up needed, 1 hour prior to start time of event. We will coordinate with client what time is a good time we can set up.

7.   Is there a charge for clean up? No, we are only responsible for clean up at our bar area. We will ensure the bar area we serve at will be spotless and clean when we leave.

8.  In case we need you to stay longer, what is the fee after our end time? $50 an hour after your end time as agreed on your Service contract.

9.  Why are your services so cheap, but your work is so good!? We wouldn’t want to call it cheap, but we are very affordable!  The reason we are so affordable is that we want to ensure all our clients are saving money! Like all the weddings we have bartended for, the brides and grooms getting married, save that extra money and save it for your future home or for your future family! Baby showers we have done, Gila wants you to save your money for diapers and baby necessities! We want all our client’s guests to have an unforgettable time and memorable!

10.  Why are most bartending companies expensive compared to your prices? Liquor licenses are very expensive so when clients are hiring bartending companies, they do charge a lot because you are basically paying for their license. Those companies can sell alcohol drinks to your guest. With our company, we are offering you our BARTENDING SERVICES and ALL CLIENTS PURCHASE THEIR OWN ALCOHOL BOTTLES. All drinks that we serve for your guest are FREE due to your purchasing our services and paying for your own alcohol!  We can help assist buying the alcohol for an additional fee. (See question #3)

11. I do not know what drinks we should serve at our party but want something very delicious and aesthetically eye catching! Never fear, we have a custom craft cocktail list of drinks that your guests will be talking about all night! You can schedule a free appointment with Gila and sit down at our beautiful conference room to plan and coordinate your bar menu! She also does phone and video appointments if you are out of town!

12. Okay how much are your bartending services? All our prices vary. Please go to our website and click on “Book your event” then click on “Submit an Event Inquiry”. Once all questions are fill out, please allow 48-72 hours to email your bar package quote as we are getting very busy as our bartending services are very affordable! Thank you for being patient. =)

13. Okay we received your email with the bar quote! The price is amazing! How can we book GILA now!?  We will send over a bar service contract. You will need to review, sign, and send it back to us in an email or drop it off at our location with an appointment. There will be a $300 non-refundable deposit to lock in your date! Your deposit will save your date, and no one can inquire and or reserve it! The non-refundable deposit will go towards your balance.

14. When is the balance due? 21 days prior to the date of your event

15. What if I cancel? A $200 cancellation fee will be applied if the services are canceled within 30 days of the event.

16. Does Gila travel? Like out of town or even out of state? Yes, if event location is not within MADERA/FRESNO/CLOVIS we charge a travel fee! Fees all vary due to location, and you will be expected to pay for hotel fee.

17. What if there is someone else inquiring the same date? If your event coincides with another event there will be an additional fee of $100 to prioritize your event. If you do pass our services, the next person will have the opportunity. Unfortunately, at this time we will be unable to provide services for your event until our business grows and Gila trains the right bartenders to take over same day booked events. The date and time the questionnaire is submitted, will determine which event has priority for Gila’s Bartending Services. You will be notified if another inquiry is made requesting the same date as your event.) If you do book Gila this fee will be added to your bar quote as shown above and once, you pay nonrefundable deposit your date of your event is reserved and booked! We suggest once you receive your bar quote, don’t wait! Pay that deposit ASAP before it’s too late!

18. Do you serve waters and sodas? Yes, for an additional $40.

19. Do you serve Keg beers? Unfortunately, no. We believe serving bottles or cans are the best way to save money for clients and easy for our bartenders to serve for your guests. We can serve bottle beer into cups as well.

20. I want the G WORX added to our bar package! You know that fun delicious candies, chamoy, fruit toppings and fruit syrups that Gila makes with her drinks as shown on her social media! How much is it? $50 for the unlimited G WORX TOPPINGS from start to end time of event!

21. Is Gila and the staff “RBS CERTIFIED” by the CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL that is mandatory in the state of California? YES! We can provide certificate ID NUMBER. (See photo below.)

22. What other certificates or licenses do Gila have? Bartending College Certificate, Food Handlers Certificate and Business License (See photo below.)
